Pre-Sale Service

Before signing the contract, Linraytech provides customers with various production process plans, and provides services such as laser technical consultation, sample tests, and equipment selection.

After-Sale Training

We will provide free training to the machine operators in our factory, until they can understand the equipment structure technical principle proficiently and can correctly programming, operating, inspecting, maintaining and caring the equipment. For overseas customers, we will provide manuals and videos. Please discuss with your sales person if any on-site training needed.

Machine Installation

All Linraytech supplied machines will be installed and tested by our factory. Before leaving the factory, please ensure that the machine functions normally and save the proofing data to the device. When packing, take a photo of the whole machine, which is convenient for customers to compare and assemble.

Machine Maintenance

After the customer receives the machine and completes the installation, commissioning and normal production of the machine, we will continue to provide technical guidance in subsequent use, such as the replacement of consumables and data sharing of similar application cases.
